We are now pleased to offer Keyholding and Maintenance Services in Jaen around the area of  Alcaudete, Los Villares, Martos, Monte Lopez Alavarez, Santiago de Calatrava and surrounding villages. 

The services we offer can be individually arranged to suit your requirements and the fees we charge are for your peace of mind. Rest assured that your property is being checked regularly - as frequently as you choose and to the detail that you choose.

The services we offer range from holding a key locally for your peace of mind, to gardening, pool maintenance, building maintenance and food shopping for your arrival.

The outline below is the basis of our charges, we can adapt to your individual needs and requests, just email or phone us and we'll work with your requirements.

Yearly Charges -

• Keyholding and three inspection visits + 3 email reports - 90 Euros
• Keyholding + monthly inspection visits + 12 email reports - 240 Euros

Fees are payable in advance and run for twelve months from the first inspection visit, they include a maximum of 12 or 24 visits respectively. These visits will be at regular intervals unless adverse weather conditions provoke an inspection visit out of sequence.

We will also check your mail and forward it on to you or at your request open it and report back to you on the contents, and if necessary do what we can to solve the issues.

Of course at some point within the year you'll be visiting your house at various times, we can work around your visits. If for example you contract a 12 month keyholding service, and use only eight of your inspection visits we will discount the following years fee accordingly. Or if you prefer to contract for a twelve month key holding service with eight inspection visits we can adjust the yearly fee in advance. We are completely flexible, in the services we offer you.

We can also provide a shopping for your arrival service, collection washing, ironing, delivery and bed making of your own bedding and towels, garden/patio maintenance and pool maintenance.

A call out service is also provided to bring you your keys, allow a tradesman or delivery access or to greet visitors to your home. Ask for our fees for whatever service you wish.

Just email us or give us a call and we can discuss your requirements, after all you've bought, renovated, decorated and furnished your second home, now it needs a little attention when you're not around to give it yourselves.

On every property inspection visit we will:

• Check the property  inside and out on each visit
• Flush the toilets, run the taps and showers to clear any stagnant water in the pipes and refill the traps.
• Check for signs of damp and mould or water entry
• Open all windows and doors to air your property
• Check for mice/ant infestation
• Properly check and secure all windows and doors

After each visit we will send you an inspection report, and if necessary photographs of any problem/s that need to be brought to your attention.

We are quite happy to come and meet you, either at your property or elsewhere with no questions asked if you choose not to use our services.
