Who?

Nick and Rachel Webb have lived in Jaen Province  since their move from England with  two sons, now twelve years and  another son later they are well settled. Their boys have spent all their school years in Spain and obviously  all speak better Spanish than their parents!

Nick is  qualified  in Spanish  plumbing and is taking a course to get his Spanish electricians qualification too!   They spent a year renovating their rental house near Martos on which Nick did all the building work as well as on their own home (which still isn't finished). He is now self-employed in all types of renovation, plumbing and building work around the Fuensanta,  Martos, Alcaudete and Alcala la Real area.

Nick has almost twenty years of building experience to offer and our holiday home is one of the references for his work, he can also provide other contacts, photographs and references for his work.

Rachel's main occupation seems to be taxi runs for school and college although she  does some translating work as well as looking after their rental home and the holiday homes of others.
